Shipping Policy
Items will typically ship within 1-48 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
Items will be sent via USPS, unless otherwise notified.
Items shipped within the US typically take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on location.
Free shipping on orders above $325, within the US.
Shipping costs will vary depending on location outside of the US. See checkout page for estimated shipping costs.
I will email you tracking information and ETA's once the item has shipped.
Return & Refund Policy
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must provide proof of purchase.
Once the item has been received and inspected, you will be contacted about your refund.
There is a 5% restocking fee for returned orders, you will receive 95% of the amount spent when a refund is approved.
Custom orders or customized production are unable to be returned or refunded.
Items that are on sale are not able to be returned or refunded.
